Roadside Assistance

I have a comprehensive insurance with Auto and General for over five (5) years now. My vehicle recently had mechanical breakdown, and I requested Auto and General to come for my rescue however they informed me that I don't qualify for roadside assistance. I had to incur an amount equivalent to 7 000 for towing truck as where I was, I was not safe at all.

The following day I then called, and I was told that I do qualify for roadside assistance, and I was advised to request for a refund through my broker. My broker just informed me earlier on that they hanged up their calls and I then took initiative to call myself and I was told to hold on. I am currently on hold for the last hour or so.

My broker is currently sourcing for another insurance for my vehicle as I cannot tolerate such poor service and disrespect from Auto and General. I am paying every month for poor services.
