I've always heared from word of mouth how Auto and General ******* people until now that I have to claim and they are giving me this BULL stories everyday to try and decline my claim.When you guys deduct my money every month is nice to build that Steyn City now you don't want pay my claim for 2 months now you always coming with stories.That total bull and I need that claim paid out.How the hell do you think I go to work without a car while I'm busy wasting money calling you and sending you e-mails for flippin 2 months.I wouldn't even encourage anyone to be a member of this ******* insurance and my whole family and friends must cancell all their policies with you before they experience all this sort of bull.You are actually bullying us as client with our monies.
