RIDICULOUS SERVICE

I have a motor warranty policy for my vehicle and my vehicle broke down on the 12 Of August 2024 and was requested to tow it to a RMI workshop for assessment & repairs to carried out on it. Almost 2 months later and many, many request for more information & more & more documentation of which the workshop & I provided, some times the same things already asked for, The claim is still outstanding. After many telephone calls( just trying to get through to them is what a mission sometimes holding on for over an hour at times) Their response is the matter is receiving their attention or it's been escalated to management. My last call on Thursday last week was a manager by the name of luellen will most definitely contact me , And their I am bombarded with adverts saying their won gold for been the best which from me is bull....
