Ridiculous premium hikes.
The premiums for Auto and General goes up drastically each year from 330 to 480 a 45percent escalation in premiums, which is ridiculous.

24 Jan 2022, 15:30Furthermore they refuse to pay for claims that are caused by a storm claiming its not covered. I pay the premium i expect my claims to be settled. I would not recommend anyone to sign up with them, as you wont be settled for your claims, they will take high premiums but not pay claims. Whats the point of having insurance then.
