Ridiculous annual vehicle insurance premium increases

My first vehicle insurance premium adjustment is 24% plus an increase of R550 in my excess. Inflation rate is 3.5%. How do you justify such an increase, it's shocking. Will be looking for vehicle insurance elsewhere.

Good evening,
Your agent did contact me but I am still not happy. I can get cheaper insurance , R100 less than what I am paying with A&G and my excess is R450. Guess I will be moving to King Price .....sorry A& G.
