Review of my Home Policy

I rated the assistance of Auto & General employee Dikeledi a full 5. The reason being that I called earlier on the same day and got cut off. When I called again Dikiledi answered and when I told her that I got cut off earlier she immediately offered to call back. She was so patient and gave me advise on what to do to retain my policy. Credit is due when an employee goes the extra mile to assist a Client. I highly commend her professional and efficient assistance with my query. I came away a very happy Client and am having peace of mind now regarding my policy. Having worked in a frontline position as a leader for close to 20 years it impressed me immensely. Lots of people work in Companies and they don't even know anything about the Company brand. Keep up the good work Dikeledi.
