Reversed decision on claim JDP ****INSON

I claimed for two vehicles windscreens 14 Oct 2021. A Ford Toureo and a KIA soul. The KIA's claim was rejected and I lodged a complaint. The claim was reviewed and I were phoned to inform me that A&G reversed their decision and that they will send an order to Glassfit Lephalale. Up to date, nothing was received by Glassfit and now it seems they mixed up the two vehicles in the claims! Please assist
