Repairs Warranty Shmarranty
Auto & General claims that it offers a warranty on repairs. My vehicle's paint job started peeling badly and after they have been giving me the run-around for months, I can safely say that I will never advise anyone to become A&G clients.
Every time I phone them, the call-centre agent assures me that the claim has been escalated, and that I will be phoned back within 48 hours.
Only once out of the 4 times that I've contacted them did an assessor phone me back, only to say that he is not the correct person to phone me because he is located in the Free-State (I am in Gauteng). He was going to get the correct person to phone me, but again, this never transpired.
The other 3 times, no-one phoned me. Not once.

I've rep**** twice to the email, the 2nd time including photos of the vehicle, but haven't received any feedback.
