Rejected Car Claim

On the 31th of April 2021,From a dealership I Bought a new Vw Polo 8 tsi model 2021 ,Then decided to insure it with Auto & General through a broker .Auto & General adviced that i pay a Pro rata premium when i took the cover, May 2021 month end paid my second premium June month end my third premium .Unfortunately on the 19th of July ( after two weeks of the premium debit day ) got involved in an accident called Auto & General to my surprise for towing of which they assisted.After they inspected the vehicle at the panel beater where it was towed to the reply was that: They Not going to cover the claim since of an unpaid premium of the month of June, I was never informed by Auto & General of the missed premium by a phone call, email, text messaging ,No any other method of communication was directed to inform me . Since was less aware of a missed premium reversal of my account ,I asked to deposit the money since it was for a period od two weeks after the accident they refused. My car still parked damaged not fixed since it was my source of income,By the reason of me choosing the wrong insurance compant called Auto & General that rejected my claim
