Refusing to fix my car

Good Day Hello peter<br> <br> My Name is (Mr.Trevor Makhaya). I was involved in a car accident in April 2014 and my car Dodge Journey 3.6 SXT A/T 2013 MODEL Left Front Door and a Fender was damaged. The case number is SAPS Ob No. 3117/04/2014 and my policy number is *** and I have consistently tried in vain to get Auto in General to fix my car. I gave them all the necessary information yet they have not yet fixed my car.
