Received assistance from Dylan Naidoo to make a claim as I have since lost the number I receive my OTPs on I was not sent around to another department he was able to assist with all my queries and further questions I had on my policy. He made sure to add a personal touch in wishing me a happy birthday. He was able to also walk me through on how to operate the app and put my claim through. I'm hoping for the best result.
