Reasonable

I’ve had a really good experience with Auto & General so far. Their team is friendly and helpful, and it’s easy to get hold of someone when I have a question. When I had to make a claim, the process was smoother than I expected and I appreciated being kept up to date along the way.

Their prices are reasonable and the online system makes things simple to manage. The only downside is that it can take a bit longer to get through to support during busy times, and some of the paperwork could be clearer.
