Really delayed and waiting my time

Good Morning I'm Waiting Now 3 days for the manager to give me an answer on rims payout and evertym the consultants tell me they Goin to let me know end of business day but no results they pay out the tires money but why Do they take so long to authorise payment of rims. But each month they quick to debit.
