Rates increase without notification

Hi.<br> <br> I have had the most disgusting experience with your annual increases. Firstly, I insured another car with you in Feb for about R470 only to have you increase the rate just after one month R710. What the heck is that?<br> <br> Also, another car I have insured with you gets a R30 reduction in cost only to have to the excess jump from R4000 to R9150 without my consent. That must be ******* as I didn't agree to a higher excess at all.<br> <br> I'm in the process of getting new quotes and I can assure you that I will be cancelling soon.
