Raging with Anger and distress with auto & General

After submitting my report on the 12h of April here on hello Peter I recieved a response on the same day from a lady called Megan who got all my recordings single handedly and my vehicle was towed after they had claimed that I didn't call on the scene on the day of the accident 29th of feb. I had to get an itemized billing to prove I made a phone call to them of which they found it invalid on the day I submitted it on the 9th of April. On the 26 April I recieved a call from Anand (telesure) who informed me that the accident didn't happen on the day I reported my accident and said that he has proof that he got info from my car key that it said the car got into the accident on another day and asked if I had anything to declare, I told him no I still maintain my call reporting on the 29th of fen. Today 3 may I recieved a call from auto and general requesting me to sign a form so they can check where I was on the day of the accident. I'm really angry that from the date of the accident I'm getting no joy and I'm carless since the 29th of feb to date, I've been patient and cooperating and now I feel like a fool whi is being violated like a ******** and yet not once have I not paid for my insurance and every month they are still deducting their money and giving me no joy but instead invading my privacy and not fixing my car. They have since deleted my post here on hellopeter for the public to see and I've had to create a new post in hello Peter. I regret taking such an insurance it's a total let down and would not recommend it to anyone!!!!!! Very very angry client and need my car fixed
