Quick to grab cash, but cash back policy is a joke!

You guys are really quick to grab my money, but not so quick to pay out no claim bonuses!!!

I have been with you since 2015, have ALWAYS paid on time and have never received a no claim bonus!

I submitted a claim last year, but CANCELLED the claim due to not being able to be without a car and I have not received a no claim bonus. When I called your call centre(where your agents have atrocious manners by the way), I was told because I accepted the claim the no claim bonus fell away....I cancelled the claim and never even went through with it. FACT OF THE MATTER IS THAT I NEVER EVEN WENT THROUGH WITH THE CLAIM!!!!

I want a call from a MANAGER who can assist me in disputing this!
