Quick and helpful

Its not often I get to log a compliment on hellopeter but Kyle deserves one. I called querying the recent increase in my insurance and Kyle helped me quickly efficiently and all the while with a good attitude. I dread calling call centres but I hope if I have to call again I get him or someone as helpful on the line.
