Query closed without speaking to me
I logged a query about an amount deducted from my account separate to my normal insurance amount. My wife answered my phone when I was not available telling the consultant to call back at 16.30 but no second call came through to me and now I received an email saying that the query was closed. I just need to know what this amount was for, and also, I haven't received my 'Do Not Tow' stickers, months after signing up.
