Query about my insurance pay out

my goods were ******, i compiled a list of those ****** goods, sent it to auto & general after i went to police station. The value of those ****** goods amount to R 23 000. The assessor came to my house and and he also calculated the value of my current goods, he said they worth R 150 000, when we were calculating i was in rush to work so i believe we over estimated some of the things, as a result they said am under insured, therefore they can only pay R 8300, which i think is unfair considering i pay monthly. Then i got shock of my life when only R 2900 and then R 300 , totaling R 3200 was deposited in my account, when i call on Monday to get clarity Mr chone is unavailable, the call center claim to have sent him and his manager to call me, but without any luck, my they had the nerve to deduct increased monthly amount today. Please assit, i need to buy my lost goods.
