Someone called me from Auto and General to enquire if I would be interested in additional benefits to my vehicle insurance and after I explained that I could not afford any additional expenses and that I would like a discount on my premiums I was transferred to another department. Within minutes the friendly lady adjusted the premium with, for me, a substantial saving. Now that’s what I consider service. Thank you Auto and General
