i had a car accident on the 25th of May 2018 and the car was write off. the investigation started on the 5th of June 2018 and it was based on private or business use then home address. My cousin is the regular driver for the car because my driving was not perfect when i got the car so she used to drive me, six month back that is when i started practicing my own driving on the car and it was still not perfect but i could get in some places, till the accident happen. Now the insurance doesn't want to pay me because i did not change the policy to make me the regular driver and my cousin was still the regular driver because we were both still driving the car so that doesn't mean i was the regular driver of the car since i was practicing my driving, we both on the policy and that means i also have the right to drive the car. Auto and general did not give me any fair treatment at all and i am taking this further, i will fight them with everything i got, taking black people for nothing.
