Pushismant when you claim

<p>I had to claim last year due to theft of my car key while on holiday. Come increase time my installments went up by 20% without prior notice. I was told it was due to the fact that they did not make money of me for the year. I was only with them for a year but I never claimed from my previous 6 years form my prior campon. I left them due to not paying out bonus as was sold to me. If it was not for that I would still be with them. So now I left auto and general if they communicated with me and treated my as a customer and not a cash *** I would have been with them for years and they could have made some money. But they are only interested in making as much as possible in a short time. So if you are looking for an insurance that will help you in time of need ( not that I planed to ever claim) then Auto and General is not for you.</p> <p> </p>
