It was so refreshing to experience such quick and efficient service from Auto & General. I sent in my query the morning and before lunch time everything was sorted out. My amended Policy was e-mailed to me ON THE SAME DAY AS WEL, which was such a pleasant surprise . I really appreciate such a quick response as one usually have to wait for days with other companies.
