Promoting exploitation by renew-it

I still don’t get it that , after so many weeks I’ve complained about renew-it pertaining the substandard service I’ve received they just sat and do nothing or is part of their strategy on how they treat us black people?.. because wow I’ve been complaints forever or is part of their plan?..I wonder if even their white client they do receive same treatment. I’ve asked for all part’s they’ve replaced, what they said was that their workshop is always busy they don’t keep such, knowing very well that they don’t keep their promise all they do is to cut corners, risking vulnerable peoples life’s.
