Progress on a claim after 4 weeks
Pathetic service, they give no feedback ,when calling them you will stay on the line for at least 20 minutes, they always promise to come back to you, which never happens. Then you phone again for another waiting prosses of 30 + minutes, with absolutely no progress on your situation

On the flipside ,the claim on damages to the building was reported 3 days later, the claim with SANTAM is already accomplished,Well done SANTAM !!!
