Professional and pleasing experience

I was called by Auto and General with an offer to purchase additional cover. I declined but stated that I had a matter that I wished to discuss. The person calling could easily have stated that it was not a sales related matter and that I should call the appropriate department. To my surprise and pleasure he transferred me to the relevant department where I was very professionally assisted. The person was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Aside from this, my matter was resolved. A very positive experience.
