Premium query

I had a problem with the increase in my premium, after speaking to the consultant they reviewed my profile and we came to an agreement regarding the increase. I was very happy with the quick and efficient service provided by Auto and General. I have been with them around 5 years now and have gotten quotes from other insurance companies and they were unable to beat the premiums and what I am covered for, so I didn't switch because I was going to save.
