Poorest service from AUTO and General
For home insurance never make use of auto and general as a service provider, their services are just not any good.
I lodged a claim which is deemed to be an emergency and all action you receive is sms and assessor that will assess but nothing happens.
But nothing happens the poorest service levels ever

25 Nov 2025, 14:37Its not the first time this year that we are receiving this pathetic service from such a reputable service provider. I would not recommend your company to anyone. My previous claim to date where handled in the same manner like your clients nlt important as long as they pay
