Poor workmanship
Dear Auto & General I want to know how does a car just have wear and tear on one side. Please specify ? Your approved panel beaters you send the car to did not do there work properly. The car is standing more now then ever. The service I get from your call centres is just terrible and your dispute department is useless.
Your people take weeks to response and at the moment I am paying for a car that is useless.
