POOR WARRANTY SERVICE
Their warranty service is poor , even the people(DEALERSHIP) they are working with don't know why they delay to give feedback if they approve a claim or decline . It's been a month now my car on their dealership , they keep on doing assessment over and over while taking their premiums is easy , but when it becomes to honoring the claim is a hustle .

12 Sept 2025, 10:01I've been complaining for a month now and still my car is at a dealership , mind you it was drivable when i left it there . It was just a recommendation from a specialist to go check or replace timing kit , but they act as if it was damaged or brought because of breakdown .
