Poor telephone lines

I wanted to update my policy address and I cant because i am told that every admin change i make on my policy must be through the so called broker called Mango 5 insurance company, however which i doubt that it still exists. I really cannot afford to hold on a call for over 15 minutes with a voice prompts on repeat over and over, i just dont have that much time. Maybe Its about time I shop around. Changing insurance address should not be this difficult.
