Poor services
I hate auto and general with al my heart. I regret for taking cover with them. They deduct even if car is wriiten off. I have put in a cancelation of policy and refund request on 16 july 2019. I was assist by a lady called samkumzi and i spoke to mpho pheatoane as well and they adviced that refund can take 3 to 5 workings days. I have not received my refund to date. I have not received any communication to them regarding this matter. M tired of this auto and general
