Poor service when it comes to claims

Can a supervisor please contact on my email address with regards to my claim that was submitted on the 6 January 2020 that still has not been finalized, I’m tired of dealing with the person working in the claim as she doesn’t get back to me with the information that I require, I have tried phoning but not supervisors available to talk to me.
