Poor service, *********** contractors

I claimed in January for a concealed leak in my bathroom, the repairs were delayed and were only completed around 6 months later, the contractor colorite, which they appointed to my claim has *********** staff to say the least, they disconnected plumbing on basins to retire the bathroom but the reinstallation was done poorly and now the contractor keeps making empty promises to come and fix their mess. I have contacted the insurance to complain about this, but to date the insurance has not assisted me.
