Poor service from Repairs Section

I lodged a complaint about a panel beater that they allocated to repair my accident damaged vehicle. The panel beater by the name of Bruce panel beaters released the vehicle to me without noticing a cracked steering wrack which was caused by the impact. I reported this to the insurance and the panel beater concern in writing after the car almost caused an accident and I took it to the dealership for inspection because it just went for service. I have been sent from pilar to post for 3 weeks and I am loosing an income if R8000 daily because of this.
