Poor Service from Auto & General
I had a car insured with the above mentioned company and their service was pathetic to say the least. I submitted a claim in the middle of July for a damaged rear bumper on my Audi A4 Avant. It took the company more than 2 months to pay for the claim and they decided to pay me a lousy R1300... I moved to another insurer who will appreciate my time and support.
