POOR SERVICE BY AUTO AND GENERAL; VEHICLE NOT PROPERLY REPAIRED

On my previous review I stated that my car was in an accident and the claim was approved and vehicle sent for repairs, A DISMAL FAIL ( A & N Panelbeaters in Potchefstroom) I waited for more than 3 months as i kept being told that they were waiting for the parts, on the 02nd September i was told to come and collect the vehicle, the panelbeating, painting looks perfectly done, however the accident impact was on the vehicle's right side and to date when you turn there's a sound from the right, the assembling is a flop, there's a gap between the driver's foot rest and the door, it's not properly closed if i were to drive in the rain, i swear the rain would penetrate, the right passenger's door cover is still lose to date, and there's now a terrible sound that comes when I start the vehicle, overall the car is now no more enjoyable to drive, there's all sorts of noise coming from the vehicle, the right wheel is bent, my partner got underneath the car and realized that there's a huge gap between the vehicle and wheel - we took pictures of the left and right side of the vehicle and sent to Auto & General, together with A & N panelbeaters, the panelbeaters said that I should return the vehicle - HOWEVER, I am an Auto & General client and they should be giving me directions - I sent an email and DILLON GOVENDER apologized for this and promised that they will look into the matter and get back to me, i have not received any calls from Auto & General to date .

I can return the vehicle anyday to the panelbeater, however i will struggle with transportation and this is where my INSURANCE must come in, I feel they're ignoring me and this is really becoming annoying, i personally feel that the only time i will take the car back is at the instruction of the Insurer. May you please help me get help with this as i have become very sceptical of freely using the insured financed vehicle.

I sent a follow up email today, Dillo Govender rep****, he always replies - and he asked @Tiisetso Ramokgola to call me, the person hasn’t called till now - CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ASAP!
