Poor service by Auto and General

Today at 12:59 I had a tyre burst along R22 route to Kosi Bay near Manguzi. I called my insurance A&G for a roadside assistance to tow me to the nearest tyre shop so that I can get a new tyre and proceed with my trip. I was sent from pillar to post and couldn't get assistance for more than 3 hours stranded on the road.

Disappointed is an understatement for what I went through due to the poor service I got from A&G.

Currently the time is 16:09 we're still waiting for a tow truck.
