Poor service

Bad service auto and general car service plan … auto n general delayed me first off all ..i was late at work bcz they didn’t want to approve my claim , instead of approving R8,800 they want to approve R1800 … I don’t understand why ? becz I told them my car is overdue for 105 km service, n they said my plan is still active then I can go n drop the car by Toyota…in the afternoon I recieved a call from toyota informing that auto n general want to approve R1800 and the cost for 105 km is R8800….the was a guy called Keenan who was assisting me ,he told me he was fighting the whole day for my claim to be approved and I was like why are you fighting as if I’m not paying … and my concern is the next servic 😩so I have to fight again ? so that my claim can be approved … money reflected around too 5 on my account imagine I was working night shift 6 o’clock
