Poor service

Till this year, auto &general has been good to me. Few minutes ago I called in, spoke to the lady by the name of Dineo from claims department asked me a lot of questions. I only wanted to speak to the manager. However, she put me on hold until the phone dropped it self. My vehicle went to the panel beater and they did too many faults. It been a month no still no assistance.
