Poor service

Good day,

Last year August 2021, I have cancelled my short term insurance and have called the Provider so many times and also sent an email. The premiums were still deducted up until now, I have just called them today 04 July 2022 to cancel provided the consultant with my details and she confirmed my personal details, when I want to cancel instead she dropped the call.
