Poor Service
I am not satisfied with auto and general, their service is very poor. Last year they wrote off my wife's car, ive been calling and asking them for a written reason why the car was written off. They dont respond to the dozen emails sent to them (Thabo Motsie), never returns any of my emails or calls. Im so fed up with then, im canceling my insurance policy with Auto and General.
