Poor Service

To Whom It may concern

On Sunday morning around 2h10am, I had a tire puncture after hitting a pot hole. I called for roadside assistance, and I was told that a tow truck will be sent to, as a puncture caused by a pot hole is treated as an accident. I informed the operator that the area is not safe and notoriously dangerous. I checked and saw that only one tire was punctured. I then went on to change the tire myself.

The tow truck came after some time, and parked behind my car. The driver did not get out of the truck to support me. He stood for some time and drove off. I tried to stop him as he drove off, but he did not stop.

My complaints are as follows 1. I did not get any Road side assistance from the insurance company as result of the behavior shown by the tow truck driver. 2. My safety was completely ignored even though I told the the operator of the risk.

I am deeply disappointed and hurt the service I received.

I have written a complaint to A&G on 15 March and still no answer yet.
