Poor service!!!!
I made a claim with auto and general regarding our garage door and roof however they refuse to pay because they assume "roof was in a poor state "when they didn't send an evaluator to check the state of the house instead of assuming poor state. They quick to debit my account however always make excuses when they have to pay up or fix?
Can i kindly have my premiums back!!so I can fix what is damaged!! You do not treat your clients fairly!
