Poor service

My car was involved in an accident early Jan,claims were approved but there’s no TAT from the panelbeater I called Auto and Gen severals times to assist move my car somewhere else 3 months down the line the car is not fixed panel beater still doesn’t have TAT, no one has called or even rep**** to my emails i sent to auto n gen requesting assistance with cancelling my insurance since I’m not getting any assistance from them. Every month debit orders are going through but no one is will to assist me😩…..worst service i have experienced in my entire life
