Poor service
Auto & General has shown shocking incompetence by rejecting my car repair claim based on a false excuse. After instructing both me and the repair dealership to strip my car’s engine for inspection, they still refused the claim without valid reason. Their actions have now cost me R25,000!? Completely unacceptable and ************* service.
