Poor service

My car has been on repairs with the chosen panel beaters by my insurance for 2 months going for the third month now. Auto and general hasn't contacted me, or tried to get the panel beaters to sort get the car fixed in time. I am well aware that the panel beaters have not honored their service agreement with the insurance, but i am not a client with the them but with the insurance. worst ever insurance, when it comes to them honoring their debit order collection they do an impeccable job!
