Poor repairs and customer service from your recommended dealer.

I'm extremely disappointed that a reputable company like Auto & General is associating with dealership like Vyfster Werkwinkel located in Bloemfontein, Free State.

Last week I was experiencing some issues with my car and warranty department recommended that place and trusted those people with my car.

They replaced a water flange that was broken and I collected my car on the 02 June. The following day on my way to work I noticed some smoke coming from the engine and I notified the dealer. They said I should stop driving the car and asked me to bring it back to them.

I brought it yesterday 09 June as I couldn't get time off last week. They checked it, said that a radiator was leaking and that I should find out from my insurer if they'll be able to pay. I told them that the radiator was not leaking when I bought it last week and I got a very rude response. They didn't take accountability for the damage caused by them while fixing the flange.

I then registered the claim and waited for my brother to come pick me up. Upon his arrival, he told the other guy who checked the car that they didn't handle my car with care and that should never happen again because it stresses me out and inconveniencing.

Later I got a WhatsApp message from the lady in reception saying that the car is done and they will only release it when my brother is present and signed a confirmation that every is fine because they are not happy with him accusing them.

My brother went there and he was told that the insurance has paid and I can come collect the car. He went to fetch me and when we approaching the place, the receptionist called me and asked how am I going to pay because the insurance hasn't paid them. When we got to there my car was at the gate with another damage on the side and when we showed them, the other white guy said it was "***" in Afrikaans, we asked him to elaborate on what he just said and he said that he didn't say *** he said it's "nonsense".

I am definitely taking my money somewhere else where complain will not be seen as accusation and "nonsense"
