poor poor services

I have paid my premium fully for the past 3 years now that am claiming the service is horrible. was in accident on the 5th Jan 2019, claim approved few days after that day but still today my car is on their yard not with panel beaters. They give me contacts to panel beaters who dont answer my calls, i call their repair department no tangible feedback. All they keep on telling is that they are reallocating panel beaters.
