Poor performance from Auto & General

We put in a claim in January 2021. We send in 3 quotations. Auto & General appointed their own contractor the repair the damages. It was not done up to standard and they send them back for a second time. Again after 2 weeks the damp was back. It is now 8 months later and the work is till outstanding. We have to phone them time and again, with no feedback from their side. Every time we phone we get a lot of empty promises.
